About

A producer who likes the messy middle as much as the polished final cut.

Haley is a producer with a strong editorial sensibility, a high tolerance for complexity, and a habit of making unfamiliar subjects feel accessible without sanding off what makes them interesting.

Over the last nine years, Haley has built a career at the intersection of audio and video production, digital storytelling, and operational leadership. She has led projects from pitch through post, shaping editorial direction, managing collaborators, and keeping ambitious work on schedule without losing the craft in the process.

At Rebel Girls, she oversees award-winning always-on podcast and video programming across RSS and YouTube, producing biographical stories, interviews, sleep stories, soundscapes, and short- and long-form video. Her work includes scripting, casting, talent direction, recording, post-production, and the day-to-day stewardship required to keep multi-episode series running with consistency and care.

Before that, Haley worked at ART19, where she translated technical product work into clear customer-facing storytelling. That background sharpened her ability to move between creative and operational contexts, whether she is directing talent, writing messaging, coordinating external partners, or helping a team align around a release.

She is especially energized by projects that require curiosity, range, and taste: the kind of work that asks for strong instincts, thoughtful collaboration, and a willingness to become fluent in a new subject quickly. Across formats, Haley's through line is simple: make smart work that people actually want to spend time with.
